Every time the Dems in Wisconsin don't like something they get a DANE county judge (only Dane county) to give them what they want. The State Supreme's will over turn this. Collective Bargaining is a privilege, not a right. What the Legislature gives the Legislature can take away.

I work in insurance claims. You have a pretty woman with horrific injuries. "Fault" has little to do with the value of the case. Juries tend to be sympathetic and want to give badly injured people money.

Brendan 4 is correct. Public Sector Unions are a conflict of interest. At least in Wisconsin 98%-99% of Union Dues is funnelled to the Democratic Party. These same politicians ("management") then sit across the bargaining table with Union officials.
